Okay, the plan is to be on the West Coast of Costa Rica, and I WILL be in Manual Antonio (or Quepos), but I was planning on including a second West-Coast beach for our vacation. What I’m looking for is quite and relaxed, with as least surfer-type crowd as possible, so no places like Jaco or Tamarindo. One option is somewhere on the Osa Peninsula near Corcovado for a few days, but I’d prefer something a little less-wild. Any suggestions?

I’m going on my honeymoon to costa rica, and my fiancee is a vegetarian. Is there enough vegetarian cuisine there that she will not have to eat side salads for a week and a half? Do they fry things in lard, such as beans? She eats eggs and dairy, just no meat products. Any recomendations for restauraunts?
